2159 W. Huron St.

In 2020, Stocking Urban acquired 2159 W Huron, located in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. The building consists of six units, and a full building renovation was completed in 2022. The architectural studio Future Firm was retained to modernize the units and to re-imagine the old corner storefront as a new design statement. Project complete and units fully leased, summer 2022.
