Kimball Arts Center

Kimball Arts Center is a 48,000 square foot timber loft building located in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, adjacent to the 606 Trail.

Stocking Urban launched a redevelopment plan in 2020 to cater to small creative users and to open up the building to people using the 606 Trail; all while maintaining the gritty, creative ethos of the building. Range Design and Future Firm were enlisted for architecture, and Span Studio completed the branding + identity.

Today, Kimball Arts Center is 98% leased to tenants such as Orkenoy Brewery, DayGlow Coffee, Plenty Goods Cafe, One Tail at a Time, Mobile Makers Chicago, Practical Audacity, and Clayton Hauck to name a few. Project complete in 2022.
