Stocking Urban is proud to deliver five unique loft apartments above the gallery space at 1749 W. Chicago in West Town. The historic building dates to 1916. The gut-rehabbed units feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 11’+ ceilings heights, stainless appliances, exposed brick, and luxury finishes top to bottom.

Andrew Rafacz Gallery relocated from the West Loop to the ground floor retail space, a 1,850 square-foot gallery space designed by the architect Paul Priessner. Completed 2020.
