In late 2024, Stocking Urban acquired this historic 6 unit rental building located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. In conjunction with the architectural studio Future Firm, Stocking Urban is planning renovations to commence in 2025, with a focus on modernizing the old corner storefront of the building. Fully rehabbed apartments delivering Q1 2026.
